Our A0 printing service is back up and running!

Information:

• Please provide any additional notes re: layer specifications, pages if needed.
• Your patterns will arrive folded instead of rolled due to Australia Post updated policies
• You're welcome to email the pattern files through to hello@kylieandthemachine.com 
• Printing will take 3-5 business days
• Brisbane peeps, there is no pick up service available at this time.
• Please familiarise yourself with the pattern and how many pages are enclosed. If you have any specific instructions please leave a note at checkout
• You may upload many files but the total amount of pages must be selected as the qty in order for the correct price to be charged. If you do happen to make an error we will send a request for payment
• If we have any issues with your file we will need to contact you, please ensure your email and phone numbers are both listed
• Some patterns are bigger than an A0 and require a continuous roll. We will send you a draft invoice for any additional costs if this is the case

Scale guarantee. We will personally check each file and if you receive patterns printed at the incorrect scale, we will reprint free of charge.
